Delete your account and data

You can delete your account in the app at any time, or ask us to do it for you. Either way, nothing is kept afterwards.

In the app

Open the ☰ menu, choose About, and tap the red Delete account button at the top. Type DELETE, confirm it's you, and your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email us at [email protected] from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm it's you and delete everything within 30 days.

What's deleted

Your sign-in and your place in the household. If you set up the household, everything in it goes too: events, guests, menus, files and photos, the shopping list and the Guest Book. Phone numbers and allergies were only ever on your phone; deleting the account clears them there.
